Getting Healthy in 2020

I am part of a multi-week challenge to improve our lives both personally and professionally over the next 2 months, and one of our challenge points is to do 3 healthy things per day. Today I clocked in “getting a good night sleep” (which really screwed up the rest of my day, since I overslept!), exercise (not a lot, but I was in ballet class last night, so even a few calisthenics should count) and hydrating (loads of water – I feel like I may float away!) How about you? Do you try to do several healthy things each day? And if so, what are they?
